The Story
Apartment Market grew out of Candidate Real Estate Library (CRE-Library), where we developed training for two sides of the apartment leasing process. Our Apartment Locator training teaches real estate agents how to match renters with available apartments and work with property teams. Our On-Site Leasing Agent training covers how to conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and guide renters through the application process. We created Apartment Market to bring those roles together in practice. Property owners and managers can share available units and referral terms, and agents can find apartments for their clients and connect directly with the leasing teams that know the properties best.

Edward Chapman
Founder
Edward R. Chapman is the founder of Apartment Market and Candidate Real Estate Library (CRE-Library). A licensed real estate broker in Arizona, California, and North Carolina, he brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and property management, including hands-on management of apartment communities. Edward teaches at the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business and developed CRE-Library’s Apartment Locator and On-Site Leasing Agent training programs. He created Apartment Market to give real estate agents a direct way to find available apartments for their clients and help owners and managers reach agents working with renters.
